What happens after I place my order?
We take great pride in processing your orders promptly to ensure that you receive them as quickly as possible. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the details. As soon as it’s packed and on its way to you, we’ll send a dispatched email to let you know.
Can I change my order?
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes—sorry about that! However, once you receive your item, you’re welcome to return it to us for an exchange in size or colour. Please note, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
How long does shipping take in Ireland, UK, EU and Worldwide?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Below are our estimated delivery times:
- Ireland: 1-2 business days
- Northern Ireland: 2-3 business days
- UK mainland: 3-5 business days
(These are estimated times and may vary during busy periods).
Is shipping available outside of the EU?
Shipping is available outside of the EU but may not be an option when checking out. Please contact us if looking to ship outside of the EU and we will arrange delivery separately.
Returns & Refunds
How do I make a return?
Refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date that the order was received. Therefore, please make sure you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.
Items must be returned in all original packaging (including bag) and in "as new condition".
Unfortunately, we do not provide prepaid labels and ask customers to cover the cost of returning their item(s) to us. We suggest using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of postage until we receive your return. Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and are signed for.
Orders placed which meet the free shipping threshold amount that are then returned and as a result, no longer meet the free shipping amount threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
